Dental Insurance and Payment Options
Paying for Care
We accept most major dental insurances. We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier and Aetna PPO. Additionally, we are proud to support our Military Community as Tricare Preferred providers in-network with United Concordia Dental.
We also participate in the Northern Kentucky Health Department Adult Dental Assistance Program.
Please contact us to verify if we work with your insurance plan. We also accept checks, cash, or credit cards, and offer a flexible payment plan.
While we do not participate in HMOs, we are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

- Cherry Financing: Apply online (www.withcherry.com) or in our office.
Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
